Currently we accept cash or e-transfer. We will soon accept all major credit cards, e-transfers, and online payments through our secure customer portal. Invoices are sent out monthly, and you can easily manage your payments online or in person.
If your gate is locked on service day, we won't be able to access your yard for pickup. We recommend providing us with a combination code or ensuring the gate is unlocked on scheduled service days. We will insure the gate is locked upon leaving, with a follow up picture through text or email.
Yes, your dog can be in the yard during the service. However, if your dog is aggressive or uncomfortable around strangers, we recommend keeping them inside during our visit.
We operate on most holidays. However, if there are any schedule changes, we will notify you in advance and reschedule your service accordingly.
Yes, we offer an optional waste removal service where we take the waste with us for a small additional fee. Otherwise, we can place it in your designated waste bin.
